10 x BEACHBELL overhead alternate lunges

10 x push ups
10 x BEACHBELL bent over rows
30 seconds rest
Round 4 for 2 mins:
10 x burpees
10 x BEACHBELL weighted sit-ups

Round 5 for 2 mins:
10 x BEACHBELL goblet squats
20 skier pulses with BEACHBELL
30 seconds rest
Round 6 for 2 mins:

10 x shoulder taps with BEACHBELL drag
