Starting at 10 reps:
10 BEACHBELL swings
10 BEACHBELL thrusters
10 BEACHBELL squats
Sea sprint
30 seconds rest
Then
9 BEACHBELL swings
9 BEACHBELL thrusters
9 BEACHBELL squats
Sea sprint
30 seconds rest.
